Within the walls of my own kitchen, I've faced the unique challenge of devising a dietary regimen for my 11-year-old son, who has recently grappled with arthritic discomfort in multiple joints. This journey of crafting anti-inflammatory dishes for him on a daily basis, while simultaneously catering to clients and managing a business, has proven to be a formidable undertaking.
