In this crisis, my first priority is the safety and well-being of those I work with and serve including my customers, employees, suppliers, and partners. For that purpose, I have proactively instituted enhanced cleaning protocols in my cooking establishment and client homes while adopting social distancing,  In most instances, I have also opted out of in-person consultations to minimize direct personal contact to help keep everyone healthy. I am not requiring clients to provide proof of vaccinations or testing. We ask that our customers also allow us the same respect as to the privacy of our employees vaccination status and testing. We understand everyone's urgency to remain safe during these times, and ask that if you have major concerns about in-home services or on-site catering that you opt-out to be on the safe side and consider our delivery services.  

 

I will also be following the CDC’s recommended guidelines to keep my employees and customers safe.

In addition, I am taking the following precautions with my employees:

  • All workers are required to have a face mask

  • Workers will sanitize and disinfect shared services frequently 

  • Workers will wear gloves during all food handling

I encourage my customers vaccinated and non-vaccinated to wear masks or facial coverings, wash/sanitize your hands during services, and most importantly — opt out of in-home services if you are sick. I will be requiring a signed consent for all face to face services that acknowledges customers have not been symptomatic within 14 days or currently experiencing symptoms at the time of services.

 

  • All payments will be contactless. 

While maintaining focus on keeping everyone safe, I am continuing business operations and at the current time, am able to fulfill existing orders and accept new orders reliably. We will continue to wear face mask during all on-site services, and are still in contact with you, taking orders, delivering food and supporting all of you via phone and email communications. Please reach out to me in any and every way and I will do my utmost to help you to the fullest extent possible. Increasingly, authorities have issued mandates for countries and states that require most facilities be closed for an extended period in some instances. However, at this time I will continue in-home services, on-site catering and delivering food normally..
