How it all started......

Chef Nichole hails from Atlanta, Georgia, where she was born and raised. Her culinary journey began in 2012 when she graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts College, earning a degree in culinary arts. Starting from humble origins as a dishwasher, Nichole patiently worked her way up through the ranks in a variety of culinary settings, including hotels, country clubs, and both casual and fine dining establishments.

In 2015, she embarked on a new chapter in her career as a private chef, catering to some of Atlanta's most prominent and influential residents. As a private chef, she honed her skills in creating specialized menus tailored to a variety of dietary needs and health conditions, including those related to cancer, diabetes, keto, and plant-based diets. Her expertise allowed her to prepare meals that not only delighted the palate but also contributed to restoring health and well-being for her employers and their families.

Drawing from over a decade of experience in both the commercial and private culinary sectors, Nichole took a significant step in 2020 by establishing Gorgeous Green Chef. This personal chef and catering service offers a unique blend of healthy, gourmet meal preparation and exceptional catering options for anyone seeking professional culinary services. With something to offer every palate, Chef Nichole is excited about the prospect of expanding her catering services and continuing to innovate in the meal preparation service industry in the near future.

Chef S. Nichole

Green has many positive symbolisms. The green light means go, the leaves turn green during spring when there is renewal and growth. I believe that no matter what we face we must be bold enough to go for our dreams. This is the story of my life, to go & to grow".

Making a difference......

Being a vessel for service to those who are less fortunate has always been one of chef  Nichole's passions. In her spare time, she enjoys serving meals to those in need and teaching kids about the importance of healthy eating habits. Many kids that grow up in poverty and low-income neighborhoods do not have a proper understanding of health and nutrition or how it plays a vital role in early childhood development stages. Chef  Nichole enjoys volunteering time and resources to help teach children healthy cooking techniques that they can use and grow with over time.
