"Chef Nichole is more than capable of accommodating dietary restrictions and keeping track of calories per meal and per day. These two things were important to me. She was also flexible and she is capable of doing much larger parties. She created beautiful, delicious meals and a raspberry sorbet that was excellent!
All of my expectations were far exceeded."
